Now, as before, we continually maintain the utmost level of hygiene in our office.
We’ve always thoroughly cleaned and disinfected treatment room and tools between patients.
We have a large waiting room to place space between patients.
There are separate treatment rooms for each patient.
We have anti-bacterial, hand sanitizer available for our patients to use throughout the office space.
Then what’s changed?
You or the patient will be asked a series of pre-appointment and in-office question prior to treatment.
Do you/they have fever or have you felt hot or feverish recently (14-21)?
Are you/they having shortness in breath or other difficulties breathing?
Do you/they have a cough?
Any other flu-like symptoms, such as gastrointestinal upset, headache or fatigue?
Have you/they experienced recent loss of taste or smell?
Are you/they in contact with any confirmed COVID-19 positive patients?
Is your/their age over 60?
Do you/they have heart disease, lung disease, kidney disease, diabetes or any auto-immune disorders?
Have you/they traveled in the past 14 days to any regions affected by COVID-19?
You’re asked to bring and wear a mask when entering the office.
Your temperature will be taken prior to entering the treatment room.
We are limiting the number of patients allowed in the office. If a certain number of patients are occupying the waiting room, you may be asked to wait in your car until your appointment time.
